Marjorie Del Bane

Feb. 12, 1923 – May 11, 2005

Marjorie Del Bane, 82, of Grants Pass, Ore., died Wednesday, May 11, at Royale 
Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass.

Marjorie was born Feb. 12, 1923 in Far Rockaway, N.Y. She graduated from a 
nurse’s training school. In 1960 in Los Angeles, she married Joseph Louis Del 
Bane, who preceded her in death. She worked as a registered nurse in the 
emergency room at hospitals in Glendale and Tehachapi. In 1988, she moved to 
Grants Pass.

From 1988 to 2005, she volunteered with the auxiliary at Washington Campus in 
Grant Pass.

She was loved by all, always had a smile and a kind word, and had a good sense 
of humor.

Survivors include a son, Michael R. Del Bane of Grants Pass, and a daughter, 
Mary K. Lee of Bakersfield.
