Joseph Leonard Delgado
April 25, 1956 - April 13, 2005

Joe unexpectedly died suddenly of a stroke on April 13, 2005. Joe was born and 
raised in Bakersfield. A graduate of Highland High School, class of 1975, he 
still holds records for wrestling. 

Joe loved the great outdoors and resided in the mountains outside Fresno. He 
loved family, friends, fishing and BIG bear hugs.

He is survived by his soul mate, Violet Tipton, father and mother, Clement and 
Frances Delgado; brother, Mark Delgado; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and 
Wade Baker; niece, Kansas; nephews, Taylor, Farron, Nolan and Tim; many aunts, 
uncles, cousins and friends. Joe was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 22, 2005. at 
Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday 3 to 8 pm.
