Marjorie Moore 
December 21, 1932 - May 23, 2005 

Granny was a terrific mother and grandmother to her family. She was a loving 
wife to Bob. Born in Texas, moved to California, and finally settled in 
Bakersfield. She will be remembered for Scrabble, chile rellenos, standing up 
for her grandkids, and her work with United We Stand. Marjorie was preceded in 
death by her husband, Bob, and is survived by her brother, Doug Desmond and 
his wife, Marilyn; daughter and son-in-law, LuAnne and Dennis Kelley; son and 
daughter-in-law, Gary and Claudia Moore; grandchildren, Ryan and Erika, 
Shayne, Rebekah and Christopher; great-grandchildren Cole and Haydn. Many 
heartfelt thanks go to Doug and Marilyn for so graciously caring for her in 
her final days on the Mendocino coast. She is now in Heaven with the Lord.
