Rubye B. Fuson 
7/10/1907 - 9/10/2005 

Graveside services for Rubye Fuson will be held on Friday, September 16, 2005 
at 10:00 a.m., at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday 4 to 8 
pm at Hillcrest Mortuary. Rubye Fuson was born on July 10, 1907 in Ennis, 
Texas to Walter and Julia Fisher and went home to see her Savior on September 
10, 2005 in Bakersfield. Rubye was an active member of the First Church of the 
Nazarene for 60 years. She loved the church, her family and the many friends 
she had in Bakersfield. She and her husband John were married for over 60 
years before his death in 1998 and they farmed in Kern County. She is preceded 
in death by her husband, John. Survivors are her children, Barbara Weber, 
Barry and wife, Jan Cochran Fuson; brother, Wayne Fisher; sister, Jeanne 
Fisher; grand-children, Tamara Clements, Jennifer Ferguson, Dara Fuson Lee and 
Barry Fuson II; and five great- grandchildren.
