John L. Forbs 
Feb. 21, 1931 - Jan. 18, 2006 

A funeral service honoring the life of John L. Forbs, 74, of Bakersfield, will 
be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2006, 2:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Beloved 
Care, 115 18th St. with viewing and visitation from 9:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m. Rev. 
Roosevelt Lewis will be officiating. John is survived by his wife, Ann Forbs; 
children, Lora Briggs, Joyce Simon, Annette, Robert, Dale and Renee Forbs and 
stepdaughter, Espanola Parker. For additional service information, please call 
631-2825.
