Carl David Forrister 
July 31, 1951 - October 29, 2005 

Memorial services for Carl David Forrister will be held at Valley Bible 
Fellowship (2300 E. Brundage Lane) on Friday, November 4, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. 
Pastor Ron Vietti will officiate. David Forrister went to be with the Lord 
Saturday, October 29, 2005. David is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Villicano 
Forrister; beloved pet, Sugar; his children, Matt and his wife, Jill, Anthony 
and his wife, Heidi, Crystal, Brian and his wife, Michelle; niece, Aprile; 
grandchildren, Cameron, Kylie, Roman, Cole, Ryann, Alyssa and Lauren; sister-
in-law, Rachell and her husband, John; loving uncle and aunt, Philip and Mary 
Gonzales; sisters, Linda, Joann and Dana. David is preceded in death by his 
parents, Carl and Louella Forrister. David graduated from Foothill High 
School. During his life he was a business owner of J&J Auto Wrecking, a 
vehicle recovery specialist and he was employed at the U.S. Post Office. Dave 
won numerous stock car races in Kern County and he was a die-hard Nascar fan. 
He loved camping and spending time with his family. He taught us the 
definition of generosity. He gave, gave, gave and never expected anything in 
return. He was our hero because of his kind and generous spirit. Those who 
knew David will truly miss his honest and fun-loving personality. David is 
finally free and will never by forgotten in this life or the next. He was 
loved by all that knew him and he will be greatly missed. For additional
