Margaret Ellen Friday 
Services: Fri., Jan. 6, 10:30 a.m. 

Marge Friday went to be with Jesus for Christmas on December 22, 2005. She was 
a resident of Rosewood and passed away from heart failure. A memorial service 
will be held on January 6, 2006, at 10:30 a.m., at Calvary Bible Church in the 
chapel. Pastor Doug Davis will conduct the service. Marge was born a coal 
miners daughter on May 26, 1932. Her father and brother died in a coal mining 
accident and her mother died not long after. Marge was sent to an orphanage in 
Illinois to finish her high school years. She moved to Bakersfield in 1960. 
She was a homemaker and loved to bake pies, banana bread and cookies. She 
loved going to church and to Bible Study. She loved to dress up and go dancing 
and was even in a couple of fashion shows. Marge is survived by her daughter, 
Cynthia Schulz and her husband, Thomas Schulz of Colville, WA; Steve Friday 
and his wife, Melody of Bakersfield and Sherrie Mitchell and her husband, Jay 
Mitchell of Bakersfield. Her grandchildren include: Tanya Noble and her 
husband, Brian of Sandpoint, Idaho who gave Marge her great-grandchildren, 
Isaiah, Isabella and Gideon, David Schulz of Colville, WA; Kristin Jensen and 
husband, David Jensen of Spokane, WA and Philip Schulz of Colville, WA; Jeff 
Newcomb of Bakersfield and Jessica Mitchell of Bakersfield.
