Edythe Farnsworth 
January 5, 1924 - June 11, 2005 

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 17, 2005, 11:00 a.m., in The Great 
Room of Mission Family Mortuary. They moved to Bakersfield in 1983 to be with 
her daughter and grandchildren. She lost her beloved soul mate of 57 years 
last January 2004. All of us will miss her very much as she was such a 
wonderful, caring and loving Mother, grandmother and friend. We were blessed 
to have had her with us for the past 81 years. The Lord has called her home to 
reunite with her husband, parents and family. She is survived by her only 
daughter and son-in-law, Peni and Lewis White; four grandchildren, John and 
Teresa Penzinger, Deanna and Bobby Hickle, Candi Scott, and Audra and Devin 
Smith. She also had eleven beautiful great-grandchildren, Branna, Cheyann, 
Jennifer, Nikki, Chawnee, Donny, Trenton, Rachel, Melissa, Jonathan and 
Manuel. She also left behind a very special friend and running mate, Ester 
Sims; also several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be today 9:00 a.m. to 
5:00 p.m., at Mission Family Mortuary.
