Cleofas Garay Flores 
Dec. 6, 1930 - Aug. 5, 2005 

Cleofas was born and raised here in Kern County where he worked hard and 
dedicated his life to his family who were his every happiness. He is survived 
by his ever-loving wife of 54 years, Maria Flores; his sons, Hector Cleofas 
Jr., and Carlos; his daughters, Susan Flores, Margie Villanueva and her 
husband, Hector Villanueva, Elsa Manzo and her husband, Ponciano Manzo, and 
Elizabeth Rodriguez and her husband, Louis Rodriguez. He tremendously enjoyed 
his 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation begins Tuesday, 
August 9, 2005, 5:00 p.m., at Delano Mortuary Chapel, with Rosary to follow at 
6:00 p.m. Mass will be held Wednesday, August 10th, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of 
Guadalupe Catholic Church in Delano.
