Charlotte R. Fralich Hart (Becki) 

Charlotte was born October 19, 1943, in Millageville, GA, and passed away July 
25, 2005, in Bakersfield, CA. She has been a resident of Kern County for the 
past 51 years. She loved her family, animals and shopping. Charlotte was 
predeceased by her parents, James and Aida Fralich-Hart. Survivors include her 
daughter, Rebecca Lynn Pliler; sons, Bill Pliler II and Derek Pliler all of 
Bakersfield, CA; sisters, Sydney Hawks of Blytheville, AK, Veronica Hart of 
Sacramento, CA and Virginia Hill of Carlsbad, CA; numerous grandchildren and 
two great-grandchildren.
