David Ysasi Garcia 
Mar. 18, 1946 - Nov. 24, 2005 

Visitation for David Garcia will be held today Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at 
Mt. Vernon Apostolic Assembly (519 Mt. Vernon Avenue) from 10:00-11:00 a.m. 
with funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Arvin 
Cemetery. David was born March 18, 1946 in Brownsville, Texas and he passed 
away November 24, 2005 in Bakersfield, California. David is preceded in death 
by his parents, Sabas and Delfina Garcia; brother, Sabas Garcia Jr. and his 
son-in-law, Willie Hernandez Jr. He is survived by his loving wife, Cecelia 
Garcia; daughter, Marie Hernandez; son and daughter-in-law, David Jr. and 
Marisol Garcia; son and daughter-in-law, Rafael and Leticia Garcia; son and 
daughter-in-law, Andres and Rita Garcia; grandchildren, Stephanie and Joshua 
Hernandez, Justine, Jeanette, Victor, Rafael Jr., Alysia, Jennifer, A.J. and 
Abel Garcia; brothers, Facundo and Tomas Garcia; sisters, Consuelo Longoria, 
Guadalupe Garcia, Juanita Esparza and Maria Vanegas; many nieces and nephews 
as well as many other family members and friends. Grandpa, we love you very 
much. We'll always remember the times when we all went camping together. The 
times when we would have to take care of all your birds. The times when you 
would wake all of us up early to go to the swap meets or yard sales. Even 
though you were ill, you continued to be our #1 fan from T-Ball games to High 
School graduations. You'll always be in our hearts. We love you. Until we see 
you again, Grandma said, "Save the last dance for me." For additional service
