Paul Fredrick Glidewell 
Mar. 3, 1937 - Nov. 28, 2005 

A chapel service will be conducted at Peters Funeral Home-Shafter for Paul 
Fredrick Glidewell, age 68, on Thursday, December 1, 2005, at 10:30 a.m., with 
Pastor Kenneth Noel of The Victory Chapel officiating. Visitation will be held 
from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Fred Glidewell was born in Ft. Morgan, Colorado to 
James and Irene Glidewell. He married Hilda Conklin in 1956, in Las Vegas, 
Nevada. Fred loved to work and was employed as a Foreman in the rose business 
for 47 years. Fred is survived by his wife of 49 years, Hilda; 4 sons, Paul 
and wife, Joyce, Robert and wife, Ruth, Jamie Glidewell and Tyler Glidewell; 2 
daughters, Beverly and husband, Chuck White and Trish and husband, Melvin 
Hale; thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Honorary 
Pallbearers will be Daryl Conklin, Ken Smith, Henry Conklin, Jim Marengo, 
Chuck White and Melvin Hale.
