Reverend Jon Christenson will officiate. Irene Kamline was born on September 28, 1918 in Temple, Texas to William and Alice Gover. She lived in Kern County for the past 66 years. She was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church. Irene met her husband, Carl at the La Granada Ball Room here in Bakersfield. During the war, she was Rosie the Riveter in an aircraft factory in Wichita, Kansas. While living in Bakersfield, Irene worked in three different schools for 17 years: William Penn, Castro Lane and Pauley School. She is survived by her husband, Carl of 59 years; son, Dale Kamline; daughter, Carol Hutchins; daughter, Brenda Kamline; grandchildren, Allen Hutchins, Samantha Springman, Steven Hutchins, Timothy Hutchins and Jeff Kamline; nine great-grandchildren; and sister, Blanche Davis of Frederick, Oklahoma.
