Rosendo Mireles Garza
March 5, 1925 - March 31, 2005

Rosendo Garza passed away on March 31, 2005, in Bakersfield, California at the 
age of 80. Born in Corpus Christi, Texas on March 5, 1925, Rosendo was a 
loving husband, father and grandfather. He had great pride and love for his 
family and the children that he had and the family that they had given him. He 
will forever be remembered as an extremely strong and giving man that touched 
so many hearts. He is joined in Heaven by his daughter, Terri and is survived 
by his loving wife, Rosie, who he affectionately referred to as Doll; 
daughter, Isabel Ortiz and partner, John; daughter, Molly Gardea and husband, 
Joe; son, Raymond Garza and wife, Mary; sons, Joseph, Richard and daughter, 
Debbie Garza; grandchildren, Barney, Tracy, Gilbert, Benny, Roy, Jenny, Nick, 
Amberly and Christopher. He was also blessed with 12 great-grandchildren. 

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Emmanuel 
Convalescent Home and the staff at Optical Hospice for their care, love and 
support that they gave to Rosendo, Rosie and the family during our most 
difficult time.

Visitation start on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. A Rosary is scheduled on Sunday at 
6:00 p.m. both at Mission Funeral Home, 531 California Ave. 

The memorial service is scheduled for Monday, at 10:00 a.m., at San Clement 
Mission.
