Charles T. "Chuck" Stinson

April 5, 1924 August 2, 2004

Charles T. Stinson (Chuck) was born in Bakersfield on April 5, 1924 and died 
on August 2, 2004. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ben F. Stinson, Sr. 
and Sarah Frances Stinson; a sister, Elva Mae Campbell; and brothers, Ben F. 
Stinson, Jr. and Robert (Bob) Stinson. He is survived by his brother, Ray C. 
Stinson, many nieces and nephews and sisters-in-law.

Chuck graduated from KCUHS in 1941. He was a combat (fighter) pilot in the 
Army Air Force in World War II. Later he graduated from USC with a degree in 
Accounting and essentially followed that profession until suffering a major 
stroke in 1999. He will be remembered by his family and friends for his quick 
wit and his love of life. There will be no formal service; however, a memorial 
service is planned for the future.
