Visitation for Francisco Frank Beltran, Sr. will be held at Basham Funeral 
Care (3312 Niles St.) on Monday evening, August 16, 2004 from 6:00 to 8:00 
p.m. and funeral services will be held at Canyon Hills Assembly of God (7000 
Auburn Ave.) on Tuesday morning, August 17, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Cisco 
Maldonado will officiate. 

Frank Beltran, Sr. was born December 16, 1965 in Santa Barbara, California and 
he passed away on August 11, 2004, in Bakersfield, CA. Frank is preceded in 
death by his father, Francisco Beltran; grandparents, Luisa and Romulo 
Beltran; grandparents, George and Grace Peront and grandmother, Marcy Peront 
and he is survived by his wife, Shirley Beltran; son and daughter-in-law, 
Frank and Tiffany Beltran, Jr.; daughter, Cecilia Beltran; daughter, Amanda 
Beltran; mother, Pauline Beltran; brother and sister-in-law, Joaquin and 
Allison Beltran; special niece, Violet Beltran; cousin, Daniel Porcho; 
compadres, Adolf Celedon, Johnny Garza and Rick Tapia and numerous aunts, 
uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Frank was raised in Bakersfield and he attended East Bakersfield High School. 
After the birth of his son, he went to work in the oilfields and rarely did 
work elsewhere. Frank was married to his first love, Shirley Beltran for more 
than 20 years and he was intensely in love with her and their children, Frank, 
Jr. (21), Cecila (19) and Amanda (16). Frank had a huge family and friends 
that loved him dearly and we will deeply miss him. For additional service
