Patricia Ann Shepherd
June 7, 1946 August 15, 2004

Patricia Ann Shepherd, also known as Pat or Trish to most who knew her, was 
born June 7, 1946, to Roy Lamar Spears and Sybil Christine (Garrard) Spears. 
She moved to California as a young girl. 

Pat is survived by her husband of 40 years, George (Sonny) Shepherd and four 
children, Roxann and husband, Stephen Naylor of Oklahoma, Roy Lee Shepherd of 
Bakersfield, Sonia Lynn Mattice of Visalia and Christine Delois Shepherd of 
Bakersfield; 11 grandchildren and many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Pat was a loving wife, mom, grandma, sister and friend to many. She will be 
missed by all who knew her.

Memorial service will be held Thursday, August 19, 2004, at 2:00 p.m., at Kern 
River Family Mortuary Chapel, 1900 N. Chester Ave.
