Memorial service will be held at Tehillah Ministries, 3515 Mt. Vernon Ave., on 
Friday, August 20, 2004, 10:00 a.m. 

Mike went to be with the Lord on August 13, 2004. He was born June 2, 1972 in 
Bakersfield, California, where he resided all his life.

Mike is preceded in death by his brother, Melvin Wood. He is survived by his 
wife of 10 years, Roberta Wood and their four children; mother, Nancy Mahan 
and father, Marvin Wood; his two sisters, Kathy and Sue; and his loving Granny 
Gale.

Mike was a man that was full of life, loved the outdoors, fishing and long 
rides on his bike. He loved to laugh and made people do the same. Mike Wood 
was a loving husband, a caring and providing father, a beloved son who adored 
his mother and a giving friend to whoever asked. He will be missed by all.

Although it hurts and we grieve, because of his faith in Jesus, we know it is 
only for a season. Soon, the day will come when well see each other again, and 
he'll give us a ride on his motorcycle on those streets of Gold.
