Anthony Jade DWayne Kemmer Fazendin, 38, of Idaho Falls, Idaho died August 15, 
2004 at his home of cancer. 

He was born December 31, 1965 in Bakersfield, CA; the son of Gary Buckendorf 
and Bonnie LoRee Baker. He lived in several states as a child. He served in 
the U.S. Navy from 1984 to 1992. After retiring from the Navy he returned to 
Idaho Falls and attended Idaho State University for 5 years, graduating in 
1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. 

He married Trina Stone on August 30, 1993 in Idaho Falls, they were later 
divorced. He worked as a Registered Nurse at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical 
Center on the 5th floor for 7 years. He loved music, jet skiing, dirt biking, 
and his customized truck. Tony was a wonderful, loving, and caring father. His 
passion was nursing and caring for his patients.

He is survived by his daughters, Kelsie of Idaho Falls and Kelsea of 
Westbrook, MA; sons, Korey and Tyler of Idaho Falls; sisters, Heather Smith of 
Idaho Falls and Eva Willis of Bakersfield, CA; mother, Bonnie LoRee Shearhouse 
of Idaho Falls and grandmother, Donna Harris of Rexburg. He is preceded in 
death by his brother, Randy Allen Primm Buckendorf.
