Frank was born September 24, 1931, in Cleveland, OH, where in school he excelled in art. In the Korean War he served in the Army as an Italian interpreter for the Swiss Ambassador at the Tokyo Peace Negotiations. After obtaining an art degree, Frank worked as a fashion artist for designers Jean Louis and Howard Greer in Hollywood and Paris. He moved to Bakersfield where he was a map maker for Honolulu Oil. Frank moved to Carmel, CA forty-four years ago, where he opened Mr. Franks Beauty Salon. As a leader for Weight Watchers for over thirty years, Frank helped over two thousand people achieve their personal goal. He is survived by his adopted son, Glen Fitch; his brother, Walter Giordano; his nephews, Bruce and wife, Sherri Davis, Christopher and wife, Anna and Danny and wife, Patricia; niece, Anita Foster and husband, Ed.
