Kathryn Nadene Uhler
Services: Sat., Sept. 11, 9 a.m.

Graveside services will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd., 
Saturday, September 11, at 9:00 a.m. and Memorial Services will be held at the 
First Presbyterian Church, 1705 17th Street on Saturday, September 11, at 1:00 
p.m. for Kathryn Nadene Uhler, 83, who passed away September 6, 2004. Pastor 
Norm Slert will officiate. 

Mrs. Uhler was born on June 15, 1921, in McFarland, CA and resided in Kern 
County for 56 years. She was active in the First Presbyterian Church for about 
50 years.

Mrs. Uhler was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Frederick John 
Uhler. She is survived by sons, Stephen Dale Uhler of Nebraska, Frederick 
Joseph Uhler of Bakersfield, Patrick Ryan of Sacramento and Daniel Ryan of San 
Diego; daughters, Merrily Ann Andersen and Mary Cobb both of Bakersfield; 
sister, Marjorie Skinner of Ventura and numerous grandchildren, great-
grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church 
Missionary Fund in her memory.

Visitation begins today from 1:009:00 p.m.
