Mike was born in Watsonville, CA on September 9, 1944 and has continued to reside in California. He lived in Visalia for 43 years where he was in the real estate business. He has resided in Bakersfield for the last 10 years, just recently moving back to Visalia. He proudly served in the United States Navy after graduating from San Diego State University where he earned his Bachelors Degree. He was active in Visalia Rotary, and later in life a Hospice Volunteer. He was also an active Baptist Church member in Bakersfield. Mike will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor, his generous nature, fast wit, and intelligence. Mike was a loving father, son, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Mike was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Nunn; mother, Tillie E. Nunn; and father, Roy A. Nunn. He is survived by his daughter, Stacy Hall and husband, Joe of Bakersfield; son, Brian Nunn and wife, Dawn of Visalia; sisters, Margaret Sherfy and husband, Ben of Fresno and Jeanette Nunn-Copley and husband, Duane of Davis; nephews, Kent and his wife, Staci and their daughters, Tori and Britni and Kevin and his wife, Christy and John; nieces, Kari and Amy. Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2004, 11:00 a.m. at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel. Interment at Visalia District Cemetery.
