BRIDGES, MARY LUCILLE -  Services will be held at Payne & Sons Chapel 
Thursday at 1 p.m. for Mary  Lucille Bridges, 66, of 928 M Street, who died in 
a 
Bakersfield hospital June  26. The Rev. E. G. Gentry will officiate and 
interment 
will follow in the Garden  of Love section at Union Cemetery. The deceased was 
a native of Alabama and had  resided in Kern County 54 years. Survivors 
include a son, Neal, of Oakland;  mother, Mildred Harvey of Bakersfield, and 
two 
grandchildren. Pallbearers will  be Louis G. Whitfield, George Mack, Stanton 
Anderson, J. D. Shelby, C. R.  Jefferson and Kenneth MacBeth.
