George Coulter
Services: Sat., Sept. 25, 10 a.m.

Visitation begins today from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. with an hour of meditation 
being held tonight from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Jesse E. Cooley, Jr. Chapel 
for George Coulter, 78, who passed away September 15, 2004. 

Services are Saturday, September 25th, 10:00 a.m., at Union Baptist Church, 
1218 E. Belle Terrace with Rev. John Turner officiating. Interment to follow 
in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

George was born in Nashville, Arkansas. At the age of 17, George moved to 
California and later to Bakersfield where he married ElizAnn Coulter his wife 
of 57 years.

Survivors include his wife, ElizAnn Coulter; daughter, Mae Ann Knox; godchild, 
August Streeter; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; brothers, 
Rev. Elrie C. Stuart, Jollie Stuart, Wallace Stuart and George Stuart; 
sisters, Geraldine Colbert, Mattie Bims, Shirley Holford, Ivory Green and Sue 
Justice.
