She is survived by her husband, Donald Tippins; son and daughter-in-law, Jack (Jeri) Cook; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra (Steven) Escobar; grandchildren, Ronald, Joseph, Douglas, Alicia, Kristan and Nicholas; great-grandchildren, Corey, Tyler, Genevieve and Quinlan; great-grandchildren, Savannah and Robert; sister, Geneva Cook; numerous nieces and nephews. Mimi was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Cook; great-granddaughter, Jamie Hutchison and six beloved siblings. Mimi was a nurturing and protective mother, wonderful wife and mother-in-law. She especially enjoyed cooking for big family gatherings and loved having her family gather at her home. Mimi will be remembered by everyone who knew her as a feisty and energetic woman who loved to talk and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
