Mrs. Rhoda J. Vaughan
Services: Thurs., Nov. 4, 2:30 p.m.

Graveside services will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd., 
for Mrs. Rhoda J. Vaughan, 72, who passed away October 31, 2004. 

Mrs. Vaughan was born on May 3, 1932, in Figure Five, Arkansas and resided in 
Kern County for 40 years. She loved pig collectibles. She was very family 
oriented and was very interested in genealogy. She loved her casino jaunts 
with family and friends.

Mrs. Vaughan was the eldest child of nine children born to Leonard and Hazel 
Stewart. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Ron and Debbie 
Vaughan of Sandpoint, Idaho and David and Noreen Vaughan of Boise, Idaho; son, 
Arnold Vaughan of Bakesfield; daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn and Bob Gardner 
of Cleveland, Ohio and Jennifer Lackey and Conrad Feliks of Bakersfield; 
grandchildren, Lillian, Jacob, Sean, Zack, Rachel, Becky, Joey, Dusti, David, 
Nikki, Casey, Bobby, John and Meghan; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Bet 
Lindeman and Shirley Bales and brothers, Carl Stewart and Jim Stewart. Mrs. 
Vaughan was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Lee David Vaughan in 
2001.

No visitation is scheduled.
