Bette was preceded in death by Fred Reddin, her loving husband of Bakersfield, CA, Walt Chappell brother of Fresno, CA and Walt and Belle Chappell, loving parents of Fresno, CA. Bette is survived by her brother, Jack Chappell and sister-in-law Anne Chappell of Selma, CA., and sister-in-law Ruth Chappell. Bette leaves her beloved son, John Reddin and wife Susan of Ft. Worth, TX and gracious granddaughters Patricia and Jessica Reddin of Ft. Worth, TX. Bette passed away Nov. 2 after an illness with Breast Cancer. Bette was an employee of Pacific Bell and attended Fresno College for 2 years. She bowled in a League and was secretary for 3 years at Bakersfield Art Association at the Cunningham Art Gallery. Bette adored her dog Rusty who will be adopted by, dear friends Ginger and Sid Cimental. She accepted Christ into her life in recent years. Se was an talented amateur artist of landscaped paintings who won ribbons in shows and the Kern County Fair. A few flowers for the graveside are appreciated as well as donations in Bettes memory to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in Dallas, TX. 1-800-462- 9273.
