Susan Anina Maccioli
Services: Tues., Nov. 9, 11:00 a.m. 

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2004, in the 
Chapel of Doughty-Calhoun-OMeara Funeral Home for Susan Anina Maccioli, 49, 
who passed away Nov. 4, 2004. Reverend Scott Allred will officiate. A memorial 
service is also pending in Camarillo. 

Susan was born January 15, 1955, at the Great Lakes Naval Hospital in Great 
Lakes, Illinois. She passed away on November 4, 2004, after a long and 
courageous battle against Systemic Lupus. 

Susan was a critical care nurse for most of her 20-year career at Community 
Memorial Hospital in Ventura, CA, before retiring in 1996. Susan was married 
to Frank Maccioli on December 1, 1990, where they resided in Ventura before 
relocating to the Rosedale area of Bakersfield in 1996. She was a loving 
mother and wonderful daughter and wife who loved to cook, read, do arts and 
crafts, and travel, having visited numerous countries throughout the world.

She is survived by husband, Frank; beloved daughter, Molly; mother and father, 
Irene and Jack Cole of Camarillo, CA; sister, Cynthia James of Rancho 
Cucamonga, CA; brother, Jack Cole of Marysville, CA; and her nieces, Camber 
and Brittlyn James of Rancho Cucamonga, who were like daughters to her.

The family requests that if lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to 
the Lupus Foundation of America.
