Carlos Benavente Castillo
11/12/1951 - 10/20/2004

Carlos Benavente Castillo was born November 12, 1951 in Hatch, New Mexico and 
passed away October 20, 2004 in a Chula Vista, CA hospital. 

He is survived by his son, Carlos B. Castillo Jr. and daughter-in-law, Kaylene 
Castillo of Bakersfield and by his son, John Curtis JC Castillo of 
Bakersfield. He was preceded in death by his father, Gomesindo Castillo and 
mother, Antonia Benavente. He was also preceded in death by his brother, 
Gomesindo Castillo Jr. (Junior) and his sister, Yolanda Zamora. Surviving 
brothers and sisters include Esperanza Nelson of Visalia, Ramon Castillo of 
Phoenix, Bertha Iniquez of Visalia, Natalia (Nettie) Castillo of Tucson, Jimmy 
Castillo of Tulare, Estella Celaya of Tulare, Betty Castillo of Tucson, Ruben 
Castillo of Tucson and Robert Castillo of Tulare. He is also survived by 
numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles 
and cousins. He is also survived by special lifelong friends, Craig and 
Eleanor Cantrell of Tulare.

He died in faith and rests in the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. 
Per his request, he was cremated and no formal services will be held.
