Msgr. Michael Braun will officiate. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park Mausoleum. Anthony Lamon, 103, was born in Brazil on August 31, 1901, and spent his childhood in Castlefranco, Veneto, Italy. At the age of 23, he immigrated to the United States. He settled in San Francisco, where he married his beloved wife of 65 years, Linda, on November 23, 1929. He worked as a machinist in San Francisco for 47 years, and retired at the age of 70. In 1993 he and Linda moved to Bakersfield to be close to the family. Anthony was preceded in death by his wife, Linda, in 1995. He is survived by his daughter, Norma Rinaldi; grandchildren, Robert Rinaldi and wife, Julie; Anita Harnden and husband, Russell; great-grandchildren, Anthony, Alexander and Anna Rinaldi. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Vincent De Paul, 300 Baker Street. There will be no visitation.
