May 2, 1971 – Nov. 4, 2004

Amie Dawn Valpey, 33, passed away on Nov. 4 in Tehachapi. Visitation will be 
held Tuesday, Nov. 9, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Wood Family Funeral Service. Rosary 
will be recited on Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. and Mass of the Christian Burial 
will be celebrated Wednesday, Nov. 10, at 10 a.m. at St. Malachy Catholic 
Church. Interment will follow at Tehachapi Public Cemetery, Eastside. A full 
obituary will follow in next week’s edition of the News.
