Earl was born in Bakersfield, CA on December 24, 1941, to Emanuel and Esther Neumann, and passed away on November 14, 2004, at Mercy Hospital afer a long battle with diabetes at the age of 62. He was an only child and was preceded in death by both his parents. Earl is survived by his wife, Carolyn Neumann; his daughter, DeLinda Macut; his son, Bryan Neumann, and daughter-in-law, Dawn Neumann and 4 grandchildren, Crystal and Joshua Macut, Christopher and Matthew Neumann; and his adopted son, Mike Alsup and his family. He will also be missed by many dear friends. Earl attended Kern Academy where he met Carolyn, whom he would later marry in March of 1962. He also attended Monterey Bay Academy and then Bakersfield College and Pacific University College. Earl grew up on the family farm in Shafter where his father taught him the business that he would later take over and make thrive for many years. He was a larger than life person that most will remember by his signature hat, big Santa fee cigar and the many jokes that he loved to tell. His hobbies included racing, both NHRA and NASCAR where he was a sponsor in both. Earl lived his life to the fullest and will be missed by many people who loved him.
