Madeline Rosemary Ivy McGinley
Services: Thurs., Nov. 4, 10 a.m.

Recitation of the Rosary and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 
10:00 a.m., Thursday at Sacred heart Catholic Church for Madeline Rosemary Ivy 
McGinley, 57, who passed away October 30, 2004, in Bakersfield. Reverend 
Father Dan Coyle will officiate with interment following at Greenlawn 
Southwest Cemetery. 

Madeline was born July 15, 1947, in Bakersfield. She attended St. Francis 
School and Garces High School and had been a self-employed paralegal for 15 
years.

Her parents, Richard C. and Rosemary Ivy preceded her in death. She is 
survived by her husband of 16 years, Larry McGinley; daughters and sons-in-
law, Katie and Tim Caudle, Donna and Tony George; son and daughter-in-law, 
Maxx Garris and wife, Jodi; brother, Stephen Ivy and wife, Georgia; 
grandchildren, Amanda, MacKinsey, Kaitlyn, Maxx and Darby, Dustin, Ivy, 
Madeline, Zackery and Bayleigh; nieces, Erin, Colleen and Alise Ivy; cousin, 
Lucia Evans; and her very special lifetime friend, Carol King.

Pallbearers will be William McGinley, Kevin Jacobs, Tom Waltz, Thomas 
McGinley, Tony George and Tim Caudle.

No visitation is scheduled.
