Parker Services: Mon., Nov. 22, 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday in Doughty-Calhoun-OMeara Chapel for Lydia E. Parker,66, who passed away Nov. 18th in Bakersfield following a lengthy illness. Her cousin, Rev. Doice McAlister, will officiate with interment following at Greenlawn Cemetery on River Boulevard. Lydia was born February 15, 1938, in Los Angeles and had resided the past 34 years in Bakersfield. She was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Warren Dale Parker; son, Michael Parker; two granddaughters, Elaine and Alexandra; aunt, Nina Pluznick and her daughters, Susan Pluznick Marone, Sharon and Marilyn Pluznick; aunt, Sally Pluznick and sons, Victor and Walter; nephew, Timothy Slivkoff; and niece, Deborah Slivkoff Scarlett.
