Genevieve Marie Coyne-Fischer

9/7/1932 10/31/2004 

Genevieve Marie Coyne-Fischer, 72, passed away October 31, 2004. She was 
surrounded by her family; husband, Joseph Fischer; son, Eric Fischer; his 
wife, Lisa Sammon; her daughter, Bridget Fischer with her partner, Susan 
Bachman.

Memorial Mass was held at St. Clares Catholic Church, Santa Clara, CA on 
Monday, November 8, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. After-Mass Celebration Of Life was 
held at Marianis Restaurant in Santa Clara.

Genevieve was born in Bakersfield, CA, September 7, 1932. She graduated from 
Wasco High School in 1950 and then attended Fresno State, where she was a 
member of the Phi Mu Sorority. Genevieve also attended San Francisco State 
University, Mission College and San Jose State University, where she took art 
classes. Genevieve became an accomplished artist in bronze sculpture, jewelry 
making, and painting in oil and pastels.

She Is Sorely Missed
