Mass of the Christian Burial will be held also at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on Saturday morning November 27, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. Jimmy as he was affectionately known was born on April 8, 1960 in Bakersfield, CA. Jimmy resided in Bakersfield most of his life and also resided in Lompoc, CA. He graduated from Bakersfield High School in 1978, participating in football and baseball as a Driller. Jimmy followed his beloved Drillers his whole life. Jimmy married his beloved wife and best friend Lisa Shepherd in 1987. Jimmy was employed by Exxon Mobil in 1990 and worked with Exxon as a maintenance specialist until his untimely passing. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, Jack Valladares and brother Jack Steven Valladares. Jimmy is survived by his beloved wife Lisa; son J.J. and daughter Janae; his mother Mary Ellen Valladares; brother Larry Valladares; sisters, Nancy Chvala and husband, James and Donna Valladares; sister-in-law, Beverly Valladares and numerous nieces, nephews, and many other family members and friends.
