Charles C. "Chuck" Hoover
June 18, 1940 Nov. 27, 2004

A memorial service for Charles C. Hoover will be held in the Basham Funeral 
Care Chapel (3312 Niles St.) on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. 

Chuck was born June 18, 1940 in Dennison, Texas and he passed away on November 
27, 2004 in Bakersfield, California with his family by his side. Chuck is 
survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Jon Wells; life companion 
and partner, Terry Lyn Wentworth; daughters, Tiffany Wentworth and Cindy 
Moore; son and daughter-in-law, Harry and Victoria Wentworth; 12 
grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Ted Simmes; numerous 
nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and 1 great-great-nephew.

Chuck was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved to go fishing. He was very 
quick-witted and enjoyed making people laugh. Chuck was loved by all that knew 
him and he will be deeply missed. For additional service information or floral
