They have joined their baby girl, Julie, Moms sisters, Refugio and Carmen, and brother, Lauro in Heaven. We imagine them singing and laughing in the warm glow of the Holy Spirit. She is survived by her four children, Agustin Jr. and his wife, Kathy, Rosie G. Candia, Dan Gutierrez and his wife, Nora, and MaryHelen Kennedy and her husband, Darrell. Her grandchildren, Alex, Chris, Tracy Lee, Carlos, Ben, Kathleen and Christine will always hold dear their memories of her warm and loving arms as she took care of each and every one of them as they entered this world. Her surviving brother, Paul Luevano, will miss her dearly, as he lived only a block away and visited her often. Her 11 great-grandchildren were blessed to have been held and kissed by her at every visit. Her many nieces and nephews will never forget her cozy kitchen and all that coffee they drank together over spirited conversations. We would also like to thank the many doctors, nurses and caregivers who treated Mom with kindness and compassion throughout the years, especially Drs. Anders and McCauley. And though you are now home, free of pain and suffering, we will miss you always and keep you in our thoughts and prayers everyday. Rosary will be recited Tuesday, December 7, at 6:30 p.m. at San Clemente Mission. Mass of the Christian Burial will be said Wednesday, December 8, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery.
