Eddie Carl Johnson

Eddie was taken from us suddenly by stroke and after several days passed away 
on December 6, 2004. 

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 10th, 10:00 a.m. at the Lodi 
Funeral Home, 725 S. Fairmount Ave., Lodi, CA 95240.

Eddie was born August 18, 1947 in Bakersfield, CA. He attended Arvin High 
School graduating in 1965. Eddie served in the Vietnam War as a clerk-typist 
in Alaska from 1967-68 1969-70 reaching a rank of Sergeant.

The past 35 years Eddie had enjoyed living and working in the Lodi area. Eddie 
loved the outdoors and enjoyed the wildlife inhabiting the area where he 
lived. He had an avid interest in sports and enjoyed watching his favorite 
sports teams playing ball of all types. Eddie was a kind and gentle soul and 
was always willing to help friends and family in need. Eddie was loved by his 
family and close friends and will be greatly missed.

Eddie was preceded in death by his wife, Merv Frink Johnson. Eddie is survived 
by his son, Todd Johnson; parents, Allen and Bonnie Johnson; sister, Tammy 
Bonderov and her husband, David; niece, Hannah; brother-in-law, Kim Frink and 
family; ex-wife, April Johnson; stepsons, Rick and Brian and stepdaughter, 
Kendra, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
