Rev. Doug Davis, Associate Pastor of Calvary Bible Church will officiate and interment will follow. Fannie was born May 3, 1926 in Shelbyville, Tennessee and had lived in Bakersfield most of her life. She was a waitress for over 40 years and was considered by most who knew her as a whale of a waitress. Most will remember her by her work at Freddies at the Skyway House. She was a devout longtime member of Calvary Bible Church. Surviving her is her only devoted son, Jerry W. Gambill of Bakersfield; her two sisters, Pam Fatima of Chicago and Virginia Neal of Shelbyville, TN; a brother, Claude Arnold of Shelbyville, TN; her grandchildren The Apples of her eyes Dianne Lynn Gambill of Bakersfield and Michael Wayne of the Armed Forces in Kuwait; also 4 great-grandchildren, Courtney, Elizabeth, Hannah and Melissa Gambill.
