She had one brother, Robert and two sisters, Marion and Nell. Floy was raised in Wasco, CA and graduated from Wasco High School in 1946. Floy met the love of her life, Thomas Mac McGinley and they married September 10, 1955; they would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in September. Floy worked as a bookkeeper for many years. She enjoyed pastel painting, camping with her family at Clark Fork, trips to Las Vegas and dressing up fancy in anything that sparkled and glittered. She was most proud of her family and loved spending time with her children, Rick and wife, Marilyn, Gerald and wife, Bonnie, Larry and wife, Madeline, Dianna and husband, Tom, Thomas Jr. and wife, Vicki, Pamela and husband, Kevin, William and wife, Jill; grandchildren, Amy, Blake, Ryan, Dustin, Casey, Kelly, Kristie, Bryan, Jennifer, T.J., Kevin Jr., and Megan, Jandi, and Jeanna; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Zackary, Alexis, Erin and Gerald. She was preceded in death by her father, Buster; son, Gerald, sister, Nell and mother, Mary. Floy, Mom and Nana, was the heart and soul of our family and we will miss her very much! Hugs and Kisses Nana. Her entire family would like to give special thanks to Hoffman Hospice for their special love and care of our beloved mother.
