James Raymond Berg
11/9/1943 - 11/24/2004

Jim was born November 9, 1943 to Margret and Art Berg in Seattle, Washington. 
Jim passed away from complications of T-Cell Lymphoma cancer on November 24, 
2004. 

He grew up in Spokane and graduated from the University of Washington with a 
degree in Chemical Engineering. In 2001 he retired as an IT consultant with 
Shell Oil Company and Occidental Oil and Gas Group.

He retired to Reno, Nevada in 2001 to enjoy his love of skiing, biking and 
travel near and far. August 2003 he married Ann Marie Goins in Mammoth, 
California.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ann; a brother, Robert and Jeanne Berg of 
Eugene, Oregon; nephews, Brett and Tamie Berg, Geoff and Angie Bert and niece, 
Bridgette Berg.

A private family celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu 
of flowers, donations may be made to The Cancer Society.
