Visitation will be held at Hopson-Anspach Family Mortuary in Bakersfield today 
from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. A wake will be held at 7:00 p.m. 

Luis Del Rio, age 64, of Bakersfield, California, passed away December 16, 
2004. He was born February 18, 1940 to Jesus and Agapita Del Rio. He lived his 
entire life in Bakersfield where he was employed by John Go Transportation for 
almost 30 years as a Driver.

He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Pamela Del Rio; sons, Derol Del 
Rio and wife, Lillian, Dennis Kitts and wife, Hillary; daughter, Jane and 
husband, Tony Alvarez; brothers, Manuel, Jim and Alfred Del Rio and sister, 
Dolores Escalera; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is preceded 
in death by brothers, Jack, Michael and Joe Del Rio, and sister, Josephine 
Gonzalez.

Luis will be dearly missed by his family and friends, and will never be 
forgotten.
