Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 7, 2005 at 
Mish Funeral Home in Oildale for Darel and Joyce Wellborn. Interment will 
conclude for Darel at the Arvin Cemetery.

Darel and Joyce were married for 24 years. Both resided in Lamont and 
Bakersfield most of their lives. They both are survived by four children, 
Christine Wellborn, Jodie Biddles, Daren Wellborn and Darla Smith, as well as 
grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

Darel was preceded in death by his wife, father, mother and two brothers. He 
is survived by his brother, Chris and wife, Terry; sister, Debbie and husband, 
Don Gamber. He enjoyed the outdoors, being around his family and friends, 
riding around and visiting. Both will be dearly missed by their family and 
friends, but never forgotten.
