Lucy Anaya
January 8, 1918 - December 24, 2004 

Recitation of the Rosary will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church on 
Wednesday, December 29, 2004, at 7:00 p.m. Mass services will be held at Our 
Lady of Guadalupe Church on Thursday, December 30, at 9:00 a.m. with interment 
to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Lucy was born January 8, 1918 to Jesus and Margarita Sisneros. She passed away 
on December 24, 2004. Lucy was a member of Legion of Mary, Guadalupanas, 
Catholic Daughters of America and St. Josephs Oblates. She was retired from 
Memorial Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Anaya and sons, baby Alexander, 
Leonard and daughter-in-law, Natalie. She is survived by her children, Robert 
and wife, Sylvia, Linda and Larry; brothers, Nacho and wife, Carmen, Larry and 
his wife, Norma; brother-in-law, Fernando Anaya; sisters-in-law, Alta Sisneros 
and Connie Pettibone.

She was grandmother to 6 grandchildren, Stephanie, Jacqueline, Joey, Chris, 
Ken and Margaret; 7 great-grandchildren, Daniel, Timothy, Adam, Gabrielle, 
Patrick, Anthony and Alex; 2 great-great-grandchildren, Ariana and Alek.

Pallbearers will be Larry Anaya, Joey Anaya, Chris Anaya, Ken Anaya, Daniel 
Monsibais, Timothy Monsibais, Anthony Harrell and Adam Anaya. Honorary 
pallbearers are Patrick Alvarado and Alex Harrell.

Special thanks to Mercy Hospitals ER and ICU nurses. The family would like to 
express special thanks to Dyan with Hoffmann Hospice.

Mother always had a beautiful and warm smile for all of her childrens friends, 
especially for Lydia Perez and niece, Sylvia J. Anaya.
