May 5, 1958 December 22, 2004

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 29, 2004, 7:00 p.m., at 
Ridgeview Church of the Nazarene, 8420 Stine Rd., Bakersfield, CA (across from 
Ridgeview High.) 

Debbie was born in Elkhorn, WI to Barbara and Dwight Bidwell. She moved to 
Bakersfield in 1998 to teach at Pauly Elementary School. She was a beloved 
member of Ridgeview Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by her husband, Curtis A. Collins, Jr.; mother, Barbara of 
Omro, WI; sister, Denise of Kaukauna, WI; brother, David of Omro, WI; three 
nieces and one nephew, Emily, Sarah, Hannah and Joshua of Kaukauna, WI.

Deborahs devotion to the Lord touched many lives including missionary work at: 
Senegal, West Africa; Twin Wells Indian School, Sun Valley, AZ; and three 
years helping with drug and alcohol rehabilitation in Inner-City San Jose, CA.

She is also remembered for her love of: children, teaching, hockey, crochet, 
and the Ridgeview Church family.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Ridgeview church of the Nazarene.
