Elsie Mae McMahon

Services were held for Elsie Mae McMahon at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial 
Chapel, 2739 Panama Ln., Monday, January 3, 2005, at 1:30 p.m. Dr. Jim 
Patterson officiated. 

Elsie was born August 5, 1924 in Harrodsburg, Indiana and resided in Kern 
County for 41 years. She was employed with Oxy Petroleum Company for 20 years 
and retired as a supervisor of the Engineering Dept. Elsie was a member of the 
Beta Sigma phi International and Ladys Lions Club of Bakersfield. She was 
preceded in death by her two sisters, Dorothy and Louise.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Dean E. McMahon; son and daughter-
in-law, Larry and Brenda McMahon of Billings, Montana; granddaughters, Renee 
and Rachel; grandson, Barrett; great-granddaughter, Kailey; brothers, Joe, 
Jack, Tom, Frank and Bill; sisters, Catherine, Stella, Mary and Hazel; and 
numerous nieces, nephews and a host of dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her name to your favorite charity.
