Bonita was born February 5, 1923 in Amarillo, Texas to James and Wilma Nail and she went home to be with the Lord on January 2, 2005 in Bakersfield, CA. Bonita was preceded in death by her daughter, Yolanda Werling; and she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Milt and Marilyn Webster; daughter and son-in-law, Janita and Doug Vert; 7 grandchildren, Tom, Julie, Tami, Shannon, Jacee, Melissa, and Bradley; 9 great-grandchildren; her puppy, Tori and numerous other relatives and many friends. Bonita attended local schools in Amarillo, TX where she met and married George Mann and had two children, Milton and Yolanda. During WWII she worked in factories, serving our country. Later she met and married Jack Webster and had one daughter, Janita. Jack and Bonita owned and operated Jack Webster Painting and raised their three children together. Many happy times were spent at their cabin on Greenhorn Mountain. She loved the cabin and welcomed everyone with great food and lots of poker. Everyone tried to see who could win the most pennies and many times it was Bonita. Bonita was a true Texan, a very petite woman with an iron will. She valued her heritage. Her children and grandchildren were most important. Holidays were always a special time where she welcomed everyone with a lovely meal and a beautiful table. We will all remember her homemade fudge and the olive fights. Bonitas last years were very difficult. Please remember her as before. She was a lovely, gracious woman who was extremely talented. She sewed for all her family and was always available. We will never forget the trip to Hawaii she took us all on. She also made china dolls from start to finish and carousel horses. She loved china, pretty things and was always a lady. The family would like to give special thanks to Ruby Piper for her wonderful care and loving ways. We could not have taken care of Bonnie at home without you. Thanks also goes to Dennie Sward, Nola Mae and Lawrence Geye for visiting faithfully. Bonnie cherished these visits.
