Betty Jo Sneed
Nov. 18, 1948 June 28, 2004

Betty Jo Sneed, 55, passed away June 28, 2004 at her residence in Columbia, 
after a long 3 year fight with cancer. She had lived there for the past 20 
years. 

Betty owned and operated a retail hardware store for 11 years. She was devoted 
to friends, family and animals, liked shopping, butterflies and traveling.

Betty was preceded in death by her son Phillip Weaver and daughter Christine 
Weaver. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Everett Sneed; brother, 
Michael Bumgardner of Bakersfield; parents, L.D. & Doris Bumgardner of 
Bakersfield; niece, Kim Ellis of Columbia; friends and business partners, 
Chris & Sandy Fragapane of Sutter Creek; friend, Michele Boyd; her dogs, Molly 
& Maggy.

Chapel services are scheduled for Thursday, July 2, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Burial 
to follow in Columbia City Cemetery.
