Warren was born May 28, 1952 in Butler, PA where soon after the family relocated to southern California. He attended Southland College, Los Angeles, CA and Los Angeles City College where he majored in art, photography and respiratory therapy before relocated to Bakersfield, CA in June 1975. He was credentialed by the International Cardiovascular Society as both a Certified and Registered Cardiovascular Technologist. He was licensed by the State of California as a Respiratory Care Practioner and the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist. Warren had professional affiliations with the American Society of Echocardiography, National Society for Cardiopulmonary Technology, and the California Society for Respiratory Therapist. He worked for several hospitals and physicians locally before establishing Central Medical Supplies and Cardiopulmonary Resources Inc., companies providing medical products and non- invasive cardiovascular diagnostic studies for physicians throughout Kern and Tulare counties. Warren met the love of his life, Judy in April 1986. They married on January 21, 1987 and have one son, Adam. Warren was preceded in death by his mother, Alberta. He is survived by his wife, Judy; son, Adam; father, Ralph; brothers, Bruce and Dennis; sister, Linda Shehorn; numerous nieces and nephews. Warren was a devoted, loyal husband and father. His talents were many, enjoying electronics, computers, motorcycles, and he was an avid snow skier.
